Varun has been a principal in Asian private equity since May 1995 when he joined the Asian Infrastructure Fund in Hong Kong. Since then, Varun has co-founded TVG Capital Partners and served as Head of Private Capital Asia at JP Morgan. Previously, Varun was based in New York as an investment banker with CSFB and a consultant with McKinsey and Company.
